A 40hour specialist training structured over two weekends of immersive practice & theory.
Delve deep into the structural theory of Yin Yoga. In this Immersion we will explore the archetypal postures of Yin Yoga , their various forms, functions and modifications, alongside an understanding of the structure of tissues, the 5 elements and 5 climatic factors of Chinese Medicine.
Sessions will be experientially structured, exploring and excavating the postures from within, alongside developing practices of somatic meditations, subtle body work and pranayama and preparatory sequences from the Nejang yoga and the pawanmuktasana series.
We will discussion considerations for sequencing, the use of props, and effective ‘minimalist’ sequencing.
Attendance is limited to 12 participants.

A deposit of £80 to secure your space and a single balance payment of £600 due two weeks prior to the course commencing, or,
A deposit of £80, and 3 monthly instalments of £200 commencing September 2024.
Certification and Entry Requirements
40 hours further education with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
No prior certification is needed to attend this immersion, however, in order to teach you will need a 200hour foundation course first.
