The Yomala 200hour Yoga Teacher foundation training in Vinyasa & YogaTherapeutics offers an in depth understanding of the science and the spirit of Yoga Practice. This course follows a blended learning approach, combining in-person workshops with online content and continuous contact through an online Graduate Community.
It is possible to complete the course in a single 6 month period, or choose to complete the components over a longer period to better fit around your existing commitments.
